- Preheat barbecue to medium.
- In a bowl, combine dressing ingredients and season to taste.
- Brush pork with dressing and grill for 3–4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of meat.
- Add remaining ingredients to dressing.
- Mix well and serve immediately with whole or sliced pork.
