Stuffed rolls for Christmas

On the stove
- Place oven rack in middle position. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a large skillet set over medium heat. Sauté onion in butter for 5 minutes or until soft. Add garlic and continue cooking for another minute.
- Add ground pork to the skillet and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Add the rest of the ingredients except the buns and cranberry sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to taste.
- Cut buns lengthwise so they open like hot dog buns. Stuff buns with pork mixture. Place buns on baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. Serve immediately with cranberry sauce.
