Quick Korean pork bowl

Preparation

On the stove

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute. Add pork and cook over medium-high heat until lightly browned, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and gochugaru to skillet. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes or until pork is cooked and coated with sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Rice

  1. Add lime zest, lime juice and cilantro to cooked rice.
  2. Serve rice and pork mixture in large serving bowls. Add toppings as desired.
