Quick Korean pork bowl

Preparation
On the stove
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute. Add pork and cook over medium-high heat until lightly browned, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and gochugaru to skillet. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes or until pork is cooked and coated with sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Rice
- Add lime zest, lime juice and cilantro to cooked rice.
- Serve rice and pork mixture in large serving bowls. Add toppings as desired.
