Maple and Cider Pulled Ham

In The Oven
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C (320 °F).
- Place ham in a large oven-safe pot. Add cider, maple syrup and bay leaves. Season with pepper and mix well.
- Spread mustard on top of ham and sprinkle with herbes de Provence. Add enough water to cover ham halfway.
- Place in oven and cook for 4 hours, basting ham every hour. Remove and let rest for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
