Miso-Maple Pork & Pear Skewers

Miso-maple marinade
Preparation
On the BBQ
- In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Set aside.
- Add the meat to the miso marinade. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Preheat the barbecue to high. Oil the grill.
- Thread the meat onto skewers, alternating with pear pieces. Oil the meat.
- Grill the kebabs for about 8 minutes or until the meat reaches pink doneness, turning halfway through cooking.
