Honey-Garlic Pork Stir-Fry

  1. Combine honey garlic sauce, cherry sauce, garlic, and ginger. Stir in pork cubes and mix well to combine. Cover and leave to marinate for 2 hours in the fridge (no longer than 12 hours).
  2. Heat half the oil in a large wok (or non-stick skillet) over medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade and set marinade aside. Sauté pork for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from wok, cover, and set aside.
  3. Heat remaining oil in the same wok and sauté onion, celery, and bell pepper for 2 minutes. Add zucchini and continue cooking for 2 minutes more. Stir in reserved marinade, raisins, and snow peas, cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in pork. Heat for 1 minute. Season to taste and serve.
