Pork Stir-Fry with Tamari Sauce & Almonds

On the stove
- In a large, heated skillet set over high heat, heat oil and brown pork strips for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, sauté snow peas, zucchinis, mushrooms, and onion for 4 to 5 minutes over high heat. Add tamari sauce, honey, almonds, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil and return meat to skillet. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Season to taste.
