This recipe is very easy

Pork cutlets, apple sauce and bacon brussels sprouts

Preparation

On the stove

  1. Heat half the oil in a large non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat and brown half the cutlets for 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Repeat the process with remaining oil and cutlets. Set aside with other cutlets.
  2. In the same skillet set over medium-high heat, heat the butter and brown apples on each side for about 2 minutes. Deglaze with beer. Pour in maple syrup and apple juice. Add rosemary sprig and reduce sauce for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and continue cooking for another minute. Season to taste.
  3. Serve pork cutlets with apples and drizzle with sauce. Serve with bacon Brussels sprouts.

Bacon Brussels sprouts

  1. In a large skillet set over medium-high heat, lightly brown the bacon. Add Brussels sprouts and continue cooking for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
