Bloody caesar with quick spicy pork skewers

Skewer and bacon topping
- In a bowl, mix pork strips with steak spices, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Thread strips onto wooden skewers. Refrigerate as needed.
- Finely chop 8 slices of bacon. Pour into a small deep plate and stir in the celery salt. Set aside.
Air fryer
Cocktail
- Preheat air fryer.
- In a pitcher, combine tomato and clam cocktail, vodka, lemon juice, spices, sauces and horseradish. Generously season with pepper.
- Spray or brush skewers with oil. Cook for 2 minutes at 400°F (200°C) in air fryer. You can also cook skewers for about 1 minute on each side in a skillet over medium-high heat containing 1 tbsp. (15 ml) vegetable oil.
- Moisten edges of 4 large glasses and dip in chopped bacon mixture. Fill ¾ full with ice cubes and add tomato and clam cocktail mixture.
- Garnish cocktail with celery stalks, lemon wedges and bacon slices, thread a chili pepper onto each skewer, then place on glass.
